Our white board is white on both sides and matte. White board is a great option to print colors. Kraft board is brown on both sides; colors will appear muted but it’s a great way to give your packaging a more natural and eco-friendly look. Our SuperGloss board is our glossy board and is the best option to give your colors an added sheen. All our boards are the same thickness.

Yes, we do. All materials we use are made with at least 60% recycled material.

They sure are! Even though E-Flute board can seem a bit thin, once formed the box is very sturdy and absolutely safe to ship without any additional protection.

Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box. Feel free to get in touch with us. We also have others options available.

Folding boxes are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put your folding box inside a mailer or a shipping box.

To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. There are two possibilities for PMS matching. If your quantity is above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching, with this method you will get an 85%+ PMS match. Depending on the size and quantity we can also print using a conventional Offset (Lithography) press. Generally speaking your order will have to be above 2,000 units for us to be able to help you with an exact PMS match.

All our boxes are manufactured in DongGuan,China. Some boxes will be manufactured in Guangzhou.

All our boxes use single wall. If you require double-wall corrugated boxes. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you!

We can make it exactly same size as your request. If you don’t raise it, the box external size may slightly bigger than your request because the box has its own thickness which will enlarge the box size.

Yes, we will show you a pre-production sample before we go to production. We won’t start work until we receive your approve.

You order can be cancelled before pre-production is made. Once the pre-production sample is made you can not cancel the order.

Yes, you can change the artwork before you confirm the pre-production sample. After you confirm the pre-production sample, you will not be able make change anything.

If you’d like to change the quantity of your order, you’ll have to do so before accept your pre-production sample. If so,the unit price will be changed according to the new quantity.

Rigid boxes are an amazing display statement for your brand but it comes at a cost. The box is shipped to you pre-formed. Which means that shipping can be a bit more expensive. Something to consider though is the fact that it costs less to fulfil a rigid box than a mailer as there is no assembly time.

You may contact us before or after placing your order. If there is a difference in pricing for the shipping cost, we will either invoice or credit the difference.
